She went above and beyond her duties to provide me reports and information (I.e., permits, taxes, HOA requirements, insurance) so there were no surprises during this process. She was extremely available and dedicated herself to me for showings when I arrived in town for one short week. She negotiated on my behalf, listened and respected all of my wants, needs and requests. which saved me thousands of dollars when we finally went under contract! I’ve conducted several real estate transactions over the years, and have never had such a dedicated agent standing behind me. She is an amazing professional and I cannot recommend her enough!!

Krystal really made us (myself and my husband) more comfortable with the home buying process being that we were first timers. She explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand and really expressed interest in doing what was best for us as buyers and had our interests at heart. While it was a quick find of a new build, Krystal remained diligent during the waiting period for the home to be finished and helped immensely towards the end in a closing cost fiasco that would have cost us thousands but with her help actually ended up with us receiving a credit.
