Krystal is a very patient person. She worked with my wife and I for over a year to find just the right property, in the right area and worked to get us the right price. The house is about 60 years old and she arranged for plumbing, electrical, roof and sea wall inspections to be sure we had no surprises. The deal had some difficult moments as it was happening at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. She negotiated through every issue professionally. We are very happy with the purchase, the process and her performance. Not only did she sell us this home she also assisted with finding the BEST financing and insurance. When it came time to sell our current home, she had certainly earned our respect and we gave her that opportunity as well. Krystal did her homework and knew the market value. She priced our home slightly above market value, knowing some negotiation would be required. She had an awesome brochure created (two actually). She also had an incredible virtual tour created. The house was listed during Covid, she had hand sanitizer, gloves and booties to keep everyone safe and our home clean. She gave us staging ideas that helped sell the house. Krystal listed the house and we had offer(s) right away. The offer that was finally accepted was exactly what we needed. (A little extra time before closing to finish the remodel of our new home, the right price, the right terms etc.) We once again had E-Sign, so documents were easily signed and communicated. During the inspection she was on site the entire time. After the inspection, she assisted with finding professionals to make the minor repairs.
