Krysta was such a lovely realtor. From the very beginning her knowledge of the market helped me to list the house at the right price which then created a bidding war and resulted in $6k over asking price! Then as we approached the closing date things got sticky with the city requiring additional inspections (which didn't used to be a requirement) and Krysta kept me calm and worked through it all with me every step of the way right down to finding someone to do a quick furnace cleaning and inspection and scheduling them to come out the same day! She truly got me through it so well and I am beyond grateful.
Krysta was incredibly accommodating with all of my requests trying to find my forever home in March 2022. We traveled to Northville, Novi, Plymouth, Royal Oak, Troy, Sterling Heights, Utica, Washington Twp. and Shelby Twp.. We finally found a new construction condo being built in Shelby Twp. that I absolutely LOVED so a Purchase Agreement was signed on March 30th 3022! Krysta was amazing, relentless, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in her efforts during the 13 months we worked together! Once we found my new construction condo which was only being framed in March of 2022, it still took the builder 12 months to finish. Krysta helped me with everything! The ups and downs a person encounters during the building process is very emotional. Between trying to push the builder to finish (builder promised my condo would be finished in October 2022), Huntington making me requalify for my loan because the housing market changed a 1000% during the building process, and Redwood apartments in Washington Twp. raising my rent $400/month for a six month lease that ended in February 2023 and then gouging me $1400 additional dollars for the month of March!
