About Kristyn

Kristyn is a Franklin County native who was born and raised in the real estate business. In 2010 she obtained her salesperson’s license and dove head first into full time real estate sales and leasing. Six years later, she completed 240+ hours of additional specific education needed and had the required experience to obtain her broker’s license. After serving as an associate broker for her father’s RE/MAX firm from 2016-2022, Kristyn chose to continue her aspiration to bring the best real estate service experience to consumers in PA and MD via opening her own independent brokerage, Kandor Real Estate. Kristyn has had the pleasure of helping on average 50+ buyer/sellers per year independently and intends to grow that reach and ability to help exponentially with the value of the new brokerage. Kandor's doors opened in July 2022 and we look forward to exceeding your expectations with open & honest communication. Aside from her professional career, Kristyn lives a very fulfilling life with her husband, 2 kids and 2 cats. They enjoy going camping together, taking walks, riding bikes, and it’s not unusual to see them all together at their investment properties getting it ready for a new tenant. Personally, Kristyn is obsessed with listening to business related podcasts, reading a good book, enjoying a glass of wine, shopping at Target & has fun cooking dinner for her family (when the schedule allows).
