My family and I put our trust in the wrong builder. With Kristyn’s guidance and insane patience with us we were able to get out of a really tough position cleanly. She went out of her way to find us suitable temporary housing, negotiated through very difficult positions and eventually found us a way through. While our situation was not ideal, with Kristyn’s help we made it out the other side. All told in the course of a year and a half Kristyn assisted in selling our home, helped us buy property, deal with a builder, rent 2 different short term homes and eventually sell our land at a profit. She stuck with us when things got rough. She went above and beyond to find the solutions to a complicated situation and through it all made sure my family was comfortable. I never doubted that I could reach out to Kristyn with any of my 500 million questions and I always knew that she was doing everything possible to get us the best possible outcome. I love Kristyn and I’m not exaggerating. I actually met her randomly through TikTok, and was just looking for some advice on a local area. She was honest and helpful from the very first interaction. My husband and I were purchasing from out of state, so she worked over time for us. Going to every open house, walking properties. We almost singed with a local builder, but Kristyn heard that they weren’t treating their customers like they should be, so she highly recommended that we went a different direction.
