Sold in less than 24hrs!
We were building a new home and wanted to time our sale to line up with its completion. Kristy timed our listing perfectly and found a buyer flexible on closing date day 1 of list over asking. Thanks to Kristy we were able to use our equity towards new construction without needing a rental to bridge any gaps.
