We found a house through Realtor.com and went through them. They put us in touch with Kristy. 3(ish) days after we contacted Realtor, we scheduled a viewing. Kristy was given almost no notice that she was going to be showing a house she had never seen/knew nothing about. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Any questions we had(and as first time home buyers, we had ALOT) she answered so quickly and thoroughly, making sure we had a clear understanding. Any issues that came up, she fought hard for us and pushed to help keep us on schedule. Due to certain circumstances, our closing kept getting pushed back and she was constantly in contact with us, keeping us in the loop, very politely answering my millions of texts and phone calls while we were waiting for the closing. For a first time homebuyer, I’m thankful we were lucky enough to have Kristy. I genuinely could not be happier with the experience we had with her!

99.999% of all Realtors are nice dressers, all talk, no action, and have their hand out for an unearned paycheck. If you want to sell a house quickly, and buy a house quickly (simultaneously) - you need the A Team who’s DNA is to WORK HARD (day/night), is SMART, CANDID and STUBBORNLY PERSISTENT.
