They responded to my request for more open houses

Working with Carpenter Relators was the right choice! Kristy Swearingen, my realtor, gave me a timeline of closing in three months and sure enough we closed on time. She made sure to make time to see homes and worked around my third shift schedule to do it! I’m very appreciative of how she pushed to get things closed on time, worked late nights to get background paperwork done, and helped explain the whole process clearly. Kristy took a lot of the stress and worry I had away going into buying a home for the first time. My home is more than I expected and I’m very happy with everything she helped me achieve!

Overall, we had an excellent experience. It was mostly stress free and we found a house quickly, received great advice from Kristy and felt very supported and cared for throughout the whole process. There was some information that we lacked or had to find out in the moment instead of in advance, we never received the Carpenter search data base which we upsetting and some of the communication during the closing process was very delayed/not well explained. But overall Kristy was great, very thorough in asking questions for use and helping us but our first home!

Kristy is awesome and will make sure you are taken care of throughout the mtg process. My house buying went smoothly and she is great to work with. My daughter also used her as her Realtor.

Kristy was knowledable, patient, and kind. She led us through the process with ease as we are first time homeowners.
