I was extremely skeptical at first because I had a bad realtor experience prior to Kristy (from a different agency) but she ensured that she would do everything in her power to close the deal. She did not disappoint. Having to deal with my bad situation constantly being difficult to deal with, she never gave up and she was able to close the deal after only four months from the time it listed to the time it closed. May seem like a long time, but she was able to close the deal with almost 5k in my pocket working with very little equity. Excellent realtor, long story short. You won't regret hiring her
