Kristy Ruminski

Kristy was fantastic to work with on the purchase of our new home. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She is also great at communicating the complicated process of purchasing a home and kept us well informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Kristy if you are either buying or selling property!!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience selling our existing home and buying a new home with Kristy. She made the entire process so easy for us. She was fun to tour houses with on our search to find the exact home we were looking for. She was helpful throughout the process and I believe helpful in us getting the best deal. We sold our house in a day, over our asking price. She's an expert and knows what she is doing. We don't plan on moving anytime soon again, but if we did, Kristy would undoubtedly be our agent.

Kristy is amazing! Always quick to reply and sent me homes to look at within minutes of receiving my loan pre-approval. If you’re in need of a realtor that cares - by all means choose Kristy!!

Our experience was AMAZING. Kristy went above and beyond to help our family get our forever home. There is no one like her she is definitely the BEST and I would recommend her to EVERYONE.

We had a Realator before Kristy for a year and had absolutely no interest in the home. When we choose Kristy, she pointed out what needed to be changed, and staging the home and her outstanding Positve attitude, brought in yje energy that was needed, we had multiple offers and sold the house. Kristys a total professional with a getter done attitude!!

Kristy was great in all aspects of the experience both in selling our current house and purchasing a new one. Keep up the great work and if in the future we need a realtor we will be calling you.
