Kristy was fantastic! I had never sold a house before, so naturally I was LOADED with questions. She was able to assist at all hours of the day, any day of the week (and with a smile!). She was very realistic and sensible with her approach and with the expectations that I should have, and I am very thankful to have worked with her. If she DOESN'T know the answer (unlikely) she'll be sure to find it out fast. I highly recommend Kristy to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I'll be going back to her when I am looking to purchase again!
