Best Ever!!!! This is the third house I’ve sold in Winter Garden area, I wish I would had Krisyfor the first two. She was simply amazing! Other realtors came in and told me they would sell my house and to put it on the market for some ridiculous price above and beyond the value whereas Kristy said we put it on the market at a reasonable price and people will bid on it and that’s exactly what happened. We sold our house for $58,000 over asking price in 3 days!!!!

Kristy is amazing! Buying a house without ever setting foot in it was no easy task, but Kristy worked extremely well from 1200 miles away and always kept me in the loop. She fought hard for us and our interests in the property. The transaction got a little rocky with the sellers, but I am so glad we had Kristy there to fight for us and make sure we got everything we were entitled to. She fought for us like she was buying the house. She is an amazing Realtor and person and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Kristy is an amazing realtor! She goes above and beyond! She worked around my schedule, which was not easy as I’m a restaurant server. Kristy is extremely knowledgeable and she definitely had some challenges with this sale. I will recommend her to everyone I know in need of a realtor!
