She was so knowledgeable and got the correct comps. For my property, as it is a non-conforming property. This was no cookie cutter job. And she worked diligently to find the correct price. She knows the market, she has contacts and knows every aspect of a sale through listing to escrow. She knows escrow so well, and title that she made sure I was making the sale under my trust when it means you have to rewrite the papers. Nothing got by her. She even helped me a year later, get my lease back deposit. It wasn’t part of her job just part of her special service to her customers.
