Fantastic selling experience with agent Kristy Gore

I can't say enough good things about how much Kristy helped with my house sale in Goose Creek. While the property is in SC, I live 900 miles away creating a large challenge getting the house ready for sale. Kristy went far beyond expectations helping to coordinate contractors, HVAC work, chimney sweeps, etc. And this wasn't just punch list items as the house required major renovation work that I was not able to adequately oversee in my remote location. Communication was excellent and she constantly sent me pictures so I could see progress on the repairs and status. She was also a strong advocate for me with the contractors. Regarding the listing, staging, and closing on the property, she kept me fully in the loop and helped eliminate challenges such that the final days went smoother than expected. It is a complete understatement to say that I couldn't have done this without her. I will definitely use Kristy and her company again in the future.
