I think I made everything as difficult for Kristy as I could; out of town buyer, working on a tight schedule and tighter budget, and no clear idea of what I wanted beyond "I need a house". She was helpful and patient in narrowing down my needs, helped me find an appropriate part of town, and worked hard to schedule lots of showings when I was in town. After finding the right place, she helped manage a difficult seller and clueless seller's agent and made the close happen as seamlessly as it could.
