Kristy was more like a friend than an agent. In fact I will keep her for a friend. Very helpful and easy to reach. She did what I wanted even when she thought I was wrong and could make more money.

I contacted Kristy Anderson on February 4th to set up an appointment to discuss the sale of my mobile home and land. We met the very next day. She was friendly and professional and I instantly felt comfortable and signed an agreement. I was in default on a 30 year mortgage which I had already been paying on for 20 years and thought I would have to do a short sale. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!!!! Within HOURS of her listing the property she had already gotten 2 offers by that evening. On Saturday there were several more offers and i decided on a very nice one and WAS BLOWN AWAY by the numbers and how much money I was going to make off of this sale! Yes MAKE ~ NO SHORT SALE NECESSARY!! ??. I was so surprised, amazed and impressed at what she did in less than 24 hours of listing ... she was fantastic. We could have closed on Feb 19th , however, as the seller I had responsibilities to obtain certain documents. I received those documents and we closed the very next day on March 4th.
