This came after working with another realtor in the area that wasn't meeting our needs. He was instrumental in helping us buy our house when we were over 1000 miles away, and even though we didnt get the chance to see the house in person until closing day, we knew exactly what we were getting. When our circumstances changed shortly after buying, he was right there willing and able to help us sell.
