I can't say enough amazing things about Kris and his team. He responded to every late night text and call, he responded while on family vacations, he went with us to every house we wanted to see, and most importantly: he was honest. He isn't just trying to sell you every house, he is 100% honest and upfront about his thoughts and concerns with every house. I can't explain how much I appreciated every tidbit of knowledge he shared with us along the way. He would explain things like roof ages and foundation issues.
