Kris was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We had some tough negotiations where I felt we could’ve pushed more on making it easier for me (the seller) as far as dealing with an FHA loan from the buyer and figuring out exact move out dates and when exactly the deal was going to be truly finalized. We did end up getting the price we wanted and I was very happy with the end result.

Kris was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of buying my first home. He made it very smooth and easy for me. He was willing to answer questions and was always a phone call or text away no matter if it was the weekend or after 6 PM. He was consistently checking up on me and helped me understand aspects of the process that I would not have even known to ask.
