Kristjan did a wonderful job helping us buy our house this year. He did a phenomenal job with negotiations and was able to guide and advise as needed. With negotiations, he knew exactly what the sellers would say and offer. We were working with a tight timescale and Kristjan was able to recommend some fabulous contractors to complete some work for us. We were so grateful to work with Kristjan and his team. Kristjan was absolutely amazing! My partner and I were buying our first home and had many questions all of which Kristjan answered thoroughly, quickly and kindly. To make it even more complicated, we were buying our home from another state and never actually saw it in person. Kristjan graciously worked with my parents to view the home and answered their questions also. Even after moving in we had some issues with our hot water heater and Kristjan went above and beyond to help us through that as well even though he had already done his part. I would highly recommend working with Kristjan if you are looking for a home in Ames. He is truly the best!

Kristjan helped get me in to my first home. Being young and knowing very little of the process was extremely intimidating, but after getting with Kristjan, he explained everything to me and everything went very smooth.
