She gave me documents to read for first time buyers and gave an overview of steps we needed to take to purchase a home. I appreciated her only showing me one story 3 bedrooms/2 bath houses that were in our price range. She negotiated well with owner to fix certain things as part of bid. Kristine was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and all went well from start to finish. Happy with our home.

Our home search experience was stressful as expected but having Kristine as our realtor was a huge help. We told her everything we were looking for in our first home and every day she sent us homes to check out, she was very much on top of it. She was very professional, always on time, very patient with us, took us to see homes almost every day after work and even on weekends. She was also flexible with our schedules. She answered every question, thoroughly reviewed all the reports, and explained them to us clearly. She never let a question go unanswered. I never felt pressured or rushed with her, which is important because purchasing a home is not something you can just return if it didn't work out. When we finally found our home, she made sure the whole process was easy, with little to no stress. She helped us find cleaners for the house, made sure it was clean when we moved in, went through the inspection report with us, and told us what we should fix right away and what could wait. She continued to support us, even after moving in. She made sure everything was good and working well around the house. We have no regrets about our choice of realtor.
