My sister and I needed to sell our deceased father’s condo, and since we live in another state finding a local realtor felt like a difficult task. One of Dad’s neighbors recommended Kristine to us and we’re so happy she did! Cleaning out the condo was an enormous task, especially since we had to make multiple trips over several months. We contacted (and contracted with) Kristine when we had removed all the items the family wanted to keep but it was still full of items that needed to be disposed of or donated.
