Kristine has wonderful communication skills. She was able to sell my rental home for far more than I expected. We initially had low ball offers but her marketing skills brought in a full price offer. She consulted with me every step of the way and helped me with various staging/presentation low cost options as well as conducting open house. She has a very good network of professionals.
