Kristine is aware of that he customers expectations and treats the transaction as if it was her own. She was always following up to ensure my needs were met and updating me on the process, she also noticed a concern with the title company and changed to another one. I had noticed the title company seemed lacking in professional conduct but did not say anything and she picked up on it herself. I will use Kristine in the future. Thanks Kristine ! Dave
