Over the last year we have worked with Kristi to find our dream house. Well... dreams do come true. We move in very soon. Working with Kristi was amazingly easy. She took ALL of the stress out of this often-agonizing process. She quickly "got" us and we explored every house on the lake that met our criteria. She always provided a comprehensive and objective analysis of each house's pro's and con's (no, there is no "perfect" house), all framed by our needs and likes. While I was not born with a generous amount of patience, she more than made up for that and gently but firmly guided and supported us every step of the way. During a key point in our hunting, she was required to travel out of the area. At no time did we feel she was more than 10' away, her attention to our needs being utterly complete. Kristi is everything you could want in a partner in the process. She is young and energetic. And a complete professional. This will be the 11th home we have purchased in our lives.
