Kris helped me get my first home. As a young professional, I of course needed a mortgage. However, in this market, there are a lot of all cash offers and a lot of offers made on the day a property is listed. Because of Kris' knowledge of newly listed (or upcoming) properties, her timely responses and her negotiation skills, I was able to lock down a great starter home at a fair price. Kris also made solid recommendations for inspectors and lenders. I had been working with BECU as a lender, but they were not responsive enough in this market. Kris' recommendations led to a great team that helped me succeed in getting a home in this market. Kris is also extremely personable. She became friends with my parents. She has helped me with other things as they've come up (looking for a roofer, looking to rent a room, etc.). And she has stayed in touch. You can't go wrong here.
