My first real estate experience with Kristi exceeded my expectations. The story, I found the property after 9 P.M. on a Thursday night and sent Kristi a text. She was going out of town for the weekend for her son’s football tournament and was going to find a colleague to show me on Friday. 5 minutes later I received a text can you meet at 7:30 A.M.? I loved the house it was exactly what we had been looking for. We discussed the offer and she was on it! While traveling to Coos Bay she wrote up and submitted the offer and by 6 P.M. the same day it was accepted. That is less than 24 hours from finding my dream home to having our offer accepted, that relieved so much stress not having to wait and wonder. I understand all sales are not this easy but being kept informed on what could happen and the potential timeline was important as well. Kristi was very accommodating when my husband wanted a walk through and when I wanted to view once again to take some measurements. This is a review of Kristi however, I would also like to mention that her husband Adam made our financing a breeze as well. It is nice to have a couple who work so well together and can work both ends for you. Having Kristi as your real estate agent whether buying or selling ( I did both with her) would be a decision you would not regret!

Kristi is very easy to work with through the whole process. From talking about an asking price to setting up the Open house was a matter of days. Open house to offer made and accepted 1 day. Even through some major repairs needed per the inspection we closed in less than 30 days. Kristi is always quick to respond and we knew where we were in the process at all times.
