Kristi overheard me in a Post Office saying I needed to sell my late mother's home in Palm Bay, FL. I got a card and contacted her to view the home. She spent more than an hour at the initial property visit and discussed all issues, large and small, that would require attention to make the house marketable. She prepared a bullet-point summary of the walk-through and staging plan. I needed to return to my home in Utah to take care of other issues and asked her if she could handle all logistics to make the home presentable and work with me long-distance. No problem. She handled everything from clearing out clutter to working with handymen, charities and cleaning services. All the while that I was on the other side of the country, she always stayed in close touch by phone/email to discuss how things were progressing. The 3rd buyer closed on the home, and her commission was not enough to cover the tremendous effort she put into it, in my opinion. She's always upbeat, follows through on promises and kept me fully up to speed on all aspects of the process. She's an excellent communicator.
