Kristine provided a detailed market analysis with adjustments for my one off property that hit the mark. When we were having issues with buyers' agents not properly securing the home, she offered to be at each showing to ensure our home was properly locked and secured while we were away. Kristine was awesome!! We were selling a house over an hour away and trying to buy a new one and move and keep working and ..... During our process, Kristine had a 15 day trip to Italy planned. WHILE SHE WAS IN ITALY, she kept in contact and was aware of a couple issues that had come up. They were handled by her and everything kept moving forward.
