If you want a seamless, hassle-free experience....
My wife and I recently sold our home using Kristine Flaig and Nantahala Real Estate and could not have been happier. From pre-listing meetings to the professional videos and photos that were produced all the way thru to closing, the entire process was easy, seamless and worry-free. Being an out-of-town owner, Kristine and her team took care of every detail from arranging for closing attorneys, setting up inspections, appraisal and taking care of all repairs prior to closing. We have sold several homes over the years and the experience that Kristine provided was absolutely worry-free. If you need a top-flight, professional Realtor, we would highly recommend Kristine Flaig and the Nantahala Real Estate Company.
