We hired Kris because we knew her through a connection between our kids, and we're so glad we did! Kris was on top of everything - she really had the entire process down to a science and told us exactly what to do when and kept all the little parts of the process rigidly on track so that everything went smoothly. When minor issues came up, Kris jumped in and solved them. She had recommendations for everything we would need from roofers to masons to lawyers. The process of buying and selling a house at the same time is very stressful and requires all the paperwork and everything to be done JUST RIGHT in the right timeframes and without any mistakes, and Kris knows everything about that and all the rules to keep everything moving forward as it should. She also gave great advice as to which houses we should pass on and which she thought would be the right fit, and all her advice was right on target. Overall I am a very anxious person and Kris was absolutely the right person to keep me from losing my mind through this process, and she found us a great house in a neighborhood we love, while getting ours sold quickly and with as little hassle as possible.

Kris did a great job selling our home in Blandford, with staging advice and excellent drone video of property. We actually did have multiple offers within a day of the open house. She was also very patient in assisting us to find a new home in Westfield. Great job all around. Thanks Kris.

Kris was wonderful to work with. My closing was not easy, the bank was horrible to work with, my lawyer switched practices mid-closing, the sellers agent was less than helpful, and the sellers were in Boston and didn't speak English. Everything was sent snail mail and most documents needed to be revised two or more times. BUT the shining star in my experience was Kris. She was always available for guidance or help. She was my shoulder to cry on and my cheerleader when things went smooth. I would, and have recommended Kris Cook, she's wonderful.
