Kris stuck with us on a very difficult foreclosure bid when most realtors wouldn't have wasted their time. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. Kris has a guy or gal for any job that needs to get done and continues to be helpful months after the closing.
Kris was great! Even though I'm sure she has a lot of clients she did a great job at making us feel like we were her only one. She responded to our requests in a timely manner and pushed to make sure all of our needs were met.
I cannot recommend Kris enough. She most certainly deserves a 6 out of 5 stars if that were possible. Being a young adult in the market for a modest house all by myself, realtors have been anything but willing to help me. After several disheartening meets with realtors and houses, I stumbled across Kris out of dumb luck, and I am so happy I did! After looking at the house that I had called Kris about, she contacted me the next day, something no other realtor did! She had listened to everything I said, what I was looking for, what I could afford, etc. The first house she suggested for me was exactly perfect for me. Kris Cook is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She really cares about helping you, that is very obvious. The process of buying my first house was not scary or stressful at all. She's always there for you, makes you feel like you're her only client and have 100% of her attention. She also surrounds herself with a team that is just as great at their rolls as she is with hers. Everyone from the home inspectors, to the mortgage broker, to the lawyer were of course professional, but also friendly, caring, more than happy to answer all my 'first time home buyer' questions and extremely knowledgeable. Kris Cook and her team go above and beyond in every way. To buy a house was a big goal of mine, and because of Kris it was a very positive and happy experience too!

We looked at a lot of homes and Kris was always willing to show us new homes and never pressured us to buy the house that wasn't right for us.
