TLDR: Good service provider...
TLDR: Good service provider. Here is a recall of a fast sequence of events: Day 1 saw a place that looked like it would fit my requirements. Day 2 appointment scheduled and saw it, met the seller side. Day 3 financing set and offer made. Day 4 offer sent and verbal approval. Day 5 contract signed. Kristine helped figure out what the seller needed and with flexibility on my side terms were met and all sides got it done. Issues tend to occur in any contract, in the end it got done.
