I chose Kristine Carson to be my agent to sell the mobile home since she had previous experience with selling another mobile home that was located in the same mobile home park. She was very compassionate towards me because this was an emotional sale with memories that were made at the mobile home that I'm now having to walk away from since my best friend passed away, but it was joint ownership. She showed me a book that listed all that was recorded by the owner as to the latestest updates on what they did to improve the home.
