Kristina is the best agent I've ever worked with and I've bought and sold more than 15 properties.
Kristina is a top notch professional. She sold my property in just one day on the market. We ended up getting 60k more than I expected because of her market knowledge and the analysis she put in. This sale was a complicated 1031 exchange and with her knowledge we were able to close the property despite some issues with the closing company and buyers agent. Kristi actually kept them on task and helped them when necessary. She is the best communicator of anyone I've used in the past.
