This all started with vegetable boxes that Kristina’s family was selling. I noticed she was a real estate agent and told my wife, what the heck, let’s give her a call. It could not have worked out better! Kristina was eager to assist us in the home buying process and began searching right away. Her passion for helping is apparent. Her knowledge of the industry is unmatched and her network of professionals, ready to help, is what really made the difference. I should have started this by saying that up until we met Kristina, we had a horrible experience trying to get our approval. A simple phone call to Kristina’s preferred broker, had us approved in no time. It is things like this that turned our bad experience into and awesome experience. I can say without a doubt that you are in excellent hands when working with Kristina Rawlins, she is the main reason we why we are in our first home today!

Going through the process of buying our first home during the COVID-19 pandemic seemed daunting. Having a realtor who was conscious of all the new safety guidelines, and was calm and professional through every step of the process gave us so much peace of mind. I met Kristina a couple of years ago when visiting open houses in the city I wanted to relocate to eventually. She has faithfully worked to help my husband and I find the perfect house since then. This post is over due but I’d like to take moment to thank our dear friend and realtor Kristina. While selling and buying a home didn’t always bring out the best in me, Kristina shinned though the whole thing. She was patient as we house hunted, looking at countless number of homes all across north county and Temecula. She helped us make sure our condo looked it’s best, so that when it hit the market it sold quickly. She took the time to explain each step as we moved though the process of selling and buying. She was available and happy to answer any question we had and when the stress of it all started to get me Kristina was kind and always seemed to know how to put my worries to rest. We felt that Kristina always had our backs and was willing to fight for us when needed. We are so grateful for Kristinas help in finding our new home.

Kristina was an outstanding realtor. She was extremely professional, diligent, and personable. This was the first house my wife and I have sold and she walked us through the entire process, was realistic, gave us genuine advice, and ensured that we were aware of everything that was happening the whole time. In addition to being great to work with she also sold our home for the most per square foot of any house on the market at that time!
