This one was full of ups and downs. The only thing is I wish we would have got a few more of the repairs, or the cost of damage from the renter into the contract. I know we didn’t because the sale was so close to falling apart. I didn’t give you all 5 stars, because I don’t want you to stop working so hard. ;) Thanks for everything. We need to catch up when you get a chance.
