My experience with Kristina in the purchase of my new home, and the sale of my old home, was nothing short of perfect. I cannot overstate how helpful she was with both transactions. On the purchase side, she had no problem with looking at homes that were a bit further of a drive than we had originally planned. Not long after my wife and I had moved into the new home, our daughter was born. We had virtually no time to get our old home into any kind of shape to sell in a timely fashion. Kristina took the reins on the entire transaction. She made all of the phone calls and hired the painters/contractors that performed all of the work required to get our home in the proper condition to sell. Many of our personal belongings were still left behind us when we moved out, and Kristina made arrangements to have these items boxed up and set aside for us to easily move out of there. I can go on and on about how smooth and painless Kristina made both the buying and selling of our homes. Simply put, my wife and I truly owe her a debt of gratitude for going above and beyond our expectations. We had never met Kristina before we starting searching for a new home. Kristina and her mom are a great dynamic duo! She was always available no matter the time or day. We bought and sold in a chaotic market but she stayed calm.
