Kristina was amazing to work with. She was the agent to a house I sold and the agent to a house I bought. In both transactions, Kristina was a master in facilitating the marketing and selling of the property. Kristina was able to sell my house before it went on the market for way over the asking price. I would recommend Kristina to all buyers and sellers.

Kristina was amazing. She was incredible at responding to questions, honest, and helped to guide us through the process. She worked with our schedules to arrange showings that worked for us. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and when you tell her about your wish list she sure delivers. If we ever move from our dream home we will certainly use her again.

I have worked with Kristina Mattson twice now, selling one place and then 6 months later purchasing another place. I would work with her again for many reasons; Her demeanor and perspective is a joy to work with. Kristina takes on every potential challenge with a smile a tool box full of positive possibilities. She demonstrated valuable knowledge about all the neighborhoods we considered, market climate, procedures, partners to work with (i.e. inspection contractors), etc... Kristina is responsive. I don't think I ever had to wait more than an hour to hear from her when I reached out and often I was able to get a hold of her right away. Kristina demonstrated commitment and creativity when working with me. The purchase of my home was somewhat unique and had many ends to keep track of over an extending period of time. Kristina stayed on top of everything and really pulled it all through. I honestly don't think I would have been able to be in my home now if it hadn't been for Kristina's representation.
