My wife and I started looking online at properties in Michigan well over a year ago. We started receiving listings from a number of realtors. We found Kristina from the listings that she sent us almost daily. We had been contacted by other realtors, but after speaking with Kristina and really determining what we we’re looking for, we started seeing many opportunities for us and we focused our attention to her and her listings. After seeing many of our favorites getting scooped up after they had open houses for buyers, we decided to act proactively with a property that we wanted. Kristina attended a viewing of the property and filmed it for us to see. Since we currently live in California and have been busy getting our primary residence ready to sell, we couldn’t find the time to travel to Michigan to look at properties. We also have family in Michigan. Kristina offered to pick up a family member to show her the property that same day. After seeing another video with Kristina and our family member, who was extremely excited about the place, we became more excited and knew that we wanted it. Kristina was able to get it for us at our asking price. It wasn’t easy, from what we were hearing from the seller’s agent, in regards to receiving multiple bids, but it all worked out for us.
