We had 4 offers on the second day of being on the market. She helped us negotiate and make the best decision for our personal needs. She was very good about helping us through the inspection process. The buyers required 4 different inspections which was a very stressful situation , but she helped us through it with answers for everything . We also had concerns about the appraisal because of the bidding war ,and she remained confident and reassured us to do the same because there would be alternate measures we could take if we didn’t appraise for asking price.(Which we did) She is very knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions you may have.
