I have bought a house once before in San Bernardino County, but when looking to buy in San Diego my wife and I wanted a realtor who knew the San Diego market. Kristina was recommended by a colleague and we decided to give her a call. After meeting with her over lunch we knew she was the realtor for us. Having previous experience with another realtor, we had the luxury of being able to compare and contrast. She is a go getter who is persistent and amicable which is a true asset when brokering a deal. Kristina was always ready to pull the trigger on an offer. She was always quick to send paperwork and quick to respond which are a few reasons why we were able to snag a house quick. She was able to quickly gauge what our likes and dislikes were in a home. This is important because you hope to have a realtor who can jump in your head in order to understand what you want. This helps make the best of your time. She was always very flexible and worked around our schedule. The thing we liked most was that she made us feel like we were her most important and only customers. She took the care to respond quickly to any questions we had and best of all she was able to get excited with us. Kristina made it really feel like she was fully vested in making us happy and not just selling us something for the sake of making a profit.
