As a first time home buyer, I was terrified of the experience I was going to endure looking for a home. I knew the bare minimum about the key points in purchasing your first home. I asked someone if they knew anyone that would be able to help someone like me. By someone like me I meant very needy and extremely indecisive. I was referred to Kristina Cusick. She made contact and we set up a time to meet so she could explain the process. Our hour appointment quickly turned into 2 as she answered every question I could think of. Over the next two weeks she sent me listings of homes I described that would meet my wants and needs. She would provide great feedback about the homes I had chosen. She would provide information regarding the schools, the neighborhood, the value, the future value, the pros and cons, how far I would be from my job, my families locations, the gym. We would do complete walk through of the homes and she would point out any thing that I would not be aware of that she considered important in purchasing a home. If I needed to see a home again she had no problem scheduling. She accommodate my times and the times of other members of my family that wanted to view certain homes. She was available to take my calls almost always and if not she messaged me and let me know when she would be able to return my call. The best way to compare my experience would be to compare it to shopping with a friend. You get honesty and relief because you trust your friends. That's exactly how I felt the entire experience. Thanks to Kristian I am blessed with the home that I have recently purchased. What she has provided is beyond the purchase of a house. Great experience, worked with me coming form out of town. Able to get all showings scheduled for one day and after I left helped oversea all the closing procedure. Would highly recommend and if I sold I will be asking her to list.
