Ours was a tricky transaction because of some surprises at the property. Kristina worked through all of the issues. She was the one driving the resolution. She kept all the different players on task and moving to get the issues resolved. She kept us informed all along the way. She clearly knows the market, and how to help her customers. Kristina gets the strongest recommendation that I can give.

My wife and I came to this process understanding almost nothing about the process for purchasing a house in the US. Kristina was absolutely fantastic. She is responsive, has a fantastic network of equally brilliant people that support her and she’s super knowledgable. I travel a lot, Kristina was super helpful coordinating everything. Days before closing even organising a last minute excavator and septic engineer on the weekend to ensure the dates didn’t slip. We can’t recommend her enough.
