We had very specific needs with the new house we were looking for and she took the time to comb through every house that came on the market to ensure it met our exacting specifications. She knew our time was very valuable and was so respectful of what we needed. Other realtors I have worked with were pushy; Kristina is the opposite! She worked with us for almost a year before we found the right house. And then she took care of every single detail throughout the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home. Kristina Burns of Keller Williams realty was our real estate agent starting in August of 2019. We had an idea of where we wanted to buy. Kristina was very approachable and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to introduce us to this venture. She guided us professionally towards finding a lender. We applied with three lenders which she had suggested due to keeping ones options open and which also proved to be very beneficial for us. Between viewing our condo and closing on the same condo took about six weeks. Having bought a house before I have to say this was a relatively seamless and painless process with Kristina and Keller Williams. Our experience with Kristina was excellent and I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy a house. She is professional, courteous and insightful. Any questions we had she promptly responded and was able to give us an answer. I was particularly impressed with how she was able to communicate quickly and professionally with the other agents involved whether it be Keller Williams or the bank or the loan officer or the title company. I know she is new in the business but her professionalism said otherwise and I know she will be very successful as the years go by. If there’s one thing I can say about Kristina that really impressed me was that she was very genuine and concerned when we inquired about the different nuances involving the purchase our condo. Most people get stressed out about purchasing a property but Kristina made it very painless which is really ultimately what you want when dealing with a real estate agent.
