Kristina really knows her stuff. She is knowledgeable and kept in close contact with us during our whole experience. We definitely recommend her to anyone that needs help selling/buying a house.

I have known Krises family for a long time and witnessed her growing up. I think she is very easy to work with, has good suggestions and takes counter ideas very well. We talked things over and reached mutual agreement differences about the house. a very easy experience and we got the house moved on a very timely schedule.

This was my first experience selling a home, and I had spoken with several agents before Kristina and was feeling discouraged. Our house was nearly 100 years old, and another realtor had raised concerns about a portion of the property and had given me a pretty low estimate of a potential sale price. Kristina was direct but kind from the get-go. Most importantly, Kristina is a problem solver. If she didn't know the answer to a question (which was rare, because she has quite a bit of experience), she immediately would figure out the answer. At one point we had a property line concern and she borrowed a metal detector and solved our issue within a day or two. We ended up selling our house for more than I thought would be possible, and Kristina smoothed out the bumps in the road efficiently and with great patience and kindness. The bonus is that she's just a fun person to be around!

We relocated due to a change of jobs and needed to find a home quickly. Kristina was a joy to work with and really put our minds at ease with the entire process. She was able to show us a large number of homes in just a matter of days. Once we chose a home she was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond when we could not be present locally. Kristina went above and beyond to help us find our home. She was great about working with our schedules and prompt to get us in to look at homes quickly in a fast-paced market. She even lined up another agent when she was unable to go herself and Facetimed during the showing to make sure she could answer questions.
