Late night phone calls and all. She coordinated with contractors, followed up with video, emails and answers. Event before I ask the questions. I am lucky to have had her assistance and advice. We are so glad that we found Kristina during our search for a new home. She helped us so much with finding our perfect home. We were picky on alot of things and wanted a country area, and she didn't give up on us and helped us the whole journey. She let us know any issues with houses we viewed, what would work and not work for us, what we should ask to be fixed and so, things we wouldn't even think about. We eventually "due to our pickiness" found our home, out in Amish country, and we absolutely love it, our neighbors are Amish and Mennonites, it's a beautiful place and we couldn't had got here without the great help of Kristina, she takes care of her clients and checks on them even after your sale is done. Kristina was a huge help when buying our first home. We would call regularly about going to look at houses and almost immediately had us looking at the requested house within a day (work permitting). It took us a few trys deciding which house we wanted but we finally found "the one"! Kristina was so helpful, patient and kind throughout the entire process and even afterwards. If we had questions she was there to answer them anytime she could. She's so thoughtful too. After purchasing our home she got us a small welcome/congratulations gift and is continually sending goodies to us. She even held a trunk or treat as a thank you for her clients! I honestly can't say enough good things about her. If/When we choose to sell our home without a doubt Kristina will definitely be our go to! Thank you again Kristina!
