We have used Kristin for two buys and one sell; each time her entire team of realtors, assistants, mortgage/inspection pros worked together to make the process easy and fun. Somehow Kristin is the point of contact for all these efforts and I never felt like I had been handed off to anyone. She responds within minutes to at most a few hours and always with accurate information. I highly recommend Kristin for any transactions in the central Florida area. Our transactions have been from north Seminole to south Lake counties.

Kristin was a pleasure to deal with. Her communication is excellent and she handled all aspects of the listing and sale in a professional and expeditious manner.

Kristin was outstanding! Right from the start, she was very knowledgeable and very professional. She was quick to respond with all of our questions throughout the process! She was wonderful with the purchase of our new home! We would highly recommend her for any real estate needs!

Kristin is a very knowledgeable, hardworking realtor that has unmatched experience. We have purchased 3 houses using Kristin and her ability to navigate through the very complicated logistics of selling/buying houses (AT THE SAME TIME!!) is seamless! She always communicates how the process is going and she has a number of experts in various fields that can help if needed (i.e. electricians, housing inspectors, brokerage firms).

I was so impressed with Kristen and her work ethic. She is very creative and always adds a special touch to stand out from the rest. With the level of expertise she brings to the table and how well known she is in the community, I knew that we were in the best hands. We listed our home and BOOM, under contract in less than a week! Kristen is the best in the biz! I highly recommend choosing her for your realtor!

This is the 2nd house we've sold using Kristin! She is such a hard, knowledgeable realtor! In the most recent instance, she was able to guide us in making a competitive offer in the hottest real estate market we've seen in some time! She also navigated the logistics of selling this home at the same time for a great price!! She has built a very good team of ancillary people/companies around her to ensure the homebuying and selling process is seamless - from the brokerage company to the inspection company to the electrician, Kristin knows an expert in a number of fields that can ease any concerns related to the homebuying and selling process. Would definitely recommend Kristin time and time again!

This was our second real estate transaction with Kristin and, yet again, she exceeded our expectations. There were multiple offers on the property and Kristin helped us craft a compelling offer that stood out, allowing us to win. Her communication and service are unmatched and she will go above and beyond for her clients. You will love working with Kristin!

I have worked with Kristin on the purchase and sale of two homes and I would never work with anyone else. Her experience & professionalism truly does show in how willing she is to go above and beyond for her clients. Her personal touch will make your offer or sale of your home shine amongst others! No need to continue to search for a realtor, Kristin is the WOMAN and will get it done for you!

Kristin is the best! She has so much expertise in central Florida (especially the beaches!), I trust her completely. Her experience and connections were crucial to our swift and successful condo purchase, at an amazing price in a stressful market. Plus her friendly personality puts everyone at ease. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, call Kristin immediately. You’ll be so glad you did!

I really can't say enough good things about Kristin. We were skeptical at first but followed her advice and we could not be more grateful for her knowledge. She sold our house for top dollar, while getting us post occupancy, and also found us the perfect property to purchase. We will definitely be telling EVERYONE we know about her! Thank you for everything Kristin 🙏🏼😘
