Kristin was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Her knowledge and experience in a housing market like this made the buying and selling process flawless. Not only did she sell out home for 35k over asking price. But she negotiated a lower price on our new home. I was out of town on business during the selling process and Kristin spent long nights FaceTiming with me and my pregnant wife going over every detail. Thank you… Kristin has also stayed in contact after the sale to make sure the move went well, she also has great contacts for anything you might need after moving in.
