Kristin really worked hard for me. I am in a different state and she went to great lengths to make sure everything went smoothly. I always felt like she represented my interests in all aspects of the deal. We had several offers, and she was honest with her opinion of each. Her guidance was backed by knowledge and experience and the intent for me to get the best deal possible. There was a tricky situation that came up during the inspection that had the potential to get complicated and messy but she kept on top of it and caused it to end up even better than expected. She kept me up to date and was always honest, never sugar coating things or misrepresenting the options. I can't really say enough about her. Other Realtors should use her as a measuring stick for what a Realtor should be!
